Sandy Mahon,
Cst. Sandy Mahon
was born and raised in Medicine Hat, and attended Crestwood School, and
Alexandra Junior High School, and was taught by Ms Linda Davidchuk and Mr. Lorne
Cooper back in 1977. Cst. Mahon is a Graduate of Medicine Hat High School, and
continued her education at Medicine Hat College and then onto Lethbridge
Community College, where she graduated from the Law Enforcement Program in
1987. She was hired by Medicine Hat Police Service in 1987 and has been in
Patrols, Traffic, and Communications and is presently in the Community Resource
Unit as the School Resource Officer (SRO) for Medicine Hat High School and
Alexandra Junior High School as of September 2007.
During her
spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling and
riding her motorcycle. Her memories of Alexandra Junior High were great, “School
is what you make of it---have fun and you will have lasting memories!”
